COMPOSITION :
Doxycycline hyclate 500 mg/g.
Directions for use :
Use only as directed.
The preparation is indicated for oral administration, in the drinking water.
Fowls: 20 mg doxycycline (40 mg Pulmodox® 50 OSP) per kg body mass per day for 3-4 consecutive days.
For example
1-19 day old broilers
0,1 g Pulmodox® 50 OSP per litre drinking water
20-24 day old broilers
0,15 g Pulmodox® 50 OSP per litre drinking water
25-30 day old broilers
0,2 g Pulmodox® 50 OSP per litre drinking water
These dosage rates can be influenced by factors like ambient temperature, salt content in food, health status, stocking density, quality and flow rate of water.
Prepare fresh medicated solutions daily. Ensure sufficient drinkers are available for all the fowls to consume medicated water. Remove all other sources of water until the medicated water has been consumed. If the treatment is ineffective, consult your veterinarian.
WITHDRAWAL :
Do not slaughter for human consumption within 12 days after last treatment.
