Osteoarthritis is particularly frequent at the large, weight-bearing joints. Numerous studies has shown that Glucosamine, Chondroitin sulphate and Green Lipped Mussel supplementation can positively contribute to joint health in affected animals and thus extend the quality of life of affected pets. Avocado Soybean Unsoponifiable (ASU) possesses chondroprotective, anabolic and anti-catabolic properties. It inhibits the breakdown of cartilage and promotes cartilage repair by inhibiting a number of molecules and pathways implicated in Osteoarthritis.
