Obermycin Foaming Pessaries (Oberon Pharma)

 

FOR ANIMAL USE ONLY

 

COMPOSITION:

Each 25 g pessary contains:

Oxytetracycline hydrochloride 2 250 mg

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE - Use only as directed:

Before insertion of the pessary the area around the vulva and under the tail of the animal, as well as the arm to be used to insert the pessary should be thoroughly washed with soap and water. Use an arm length disposable glove to ensure sterility for the animal and safety for the applier. Insert the pessary through the cervix, deep into the uterus.

 

DOSAGE:

Sows and Ewes: One pessary. Use once only.

Cows: 1 - 2 pessaries.

If further treatment is required, consult your veterinarian.

 

WARNINGS:

• Do not slaughter for human consumption within 7 days of last treatment.
• Keep out of reach of children and uninformed persons.
• Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons. If this is suspected seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.

 

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a cool dry place
